Initiate Your Request
Log into your Star Labs account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
